Dr. Hannah Breetz, Fellow, Energy Biosciences Institute
“Renewable Fuels Policy”
Hanna Breetz is an independent fellow at EBI and a postdoctoral scholar and lecturer at the Goldman School of Public Policy. Her research explores the politics of alternative fuels. She has a Ph.D in political science from MIT and a B.A. in government and environmental science from Dartmouth College.
Public policies such as the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and California's Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) will profoundly shape the market for advanced biofuels. This seminar will explain the landscape of renewable fuel policies, analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, uncertainties, and potential unintended consequences.
